  • Are your prices competitive?
    Yes.  We will beat any genuine like for like quotation.
  • What about my utililty costs?
    All utlility costs are included.
  • Do I have to arrange my own Telephone?
    No. A handset per user is included. Calls made are chargeable.
  • What about Broadband?
    We offer fibre solutions to meet your needs, which could be our standard business fibre package or alternatively we can offer dedicated fibre just for your office and a static IP if required. Various dedicated packages are available at extra cost.
  • How soon can I move into an office?
    2-3 working days once Licence is signed and funds received.
  • Do I have to sign a long lease?
    No. The minimum we ask is that you sign a 3 month although most of our customers take the 12 month fixed price option. We have licences for 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months.
  • Is there any business support available?
    Full Reception and mail handling is standard. Other facilities are available, please ask.
  • Do I have to provide furniture?
    No. A desk and operator chair are provided for each work station.
  • I am a lone worker and often work very late, are the offices safe?
    Yes. We have CCTV in all common areas and mobile security patrols visit the centres every evening.
  • What time are the offices open?
    All clients have 24/7 access. Reception service is available between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Visitors are welcome during office hours.
  • I’m not quite ready for an office yet but would like to present a more professional image?

  • What does it cost to move in?
    One month rent + VAT, plus a bond equivalent to a month’s rent (no VAT).
  • What about Business Rates?
    On most single offices Small Business Relief will apply (100% relief) and we are happy to assist and advise.
  • What is the notice period?
    One full calendar month notice, unless otherwise stated.​
